1. Promotion Period

    The promotion is valid from 2nd December 2024 to 31st January 2025.

    2. Eligibility

    • The offer is available to new residents only.
    • The promotion applies to bookings made within the promotional period.
    • Residents must stay for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks to qualify.

    3. Offer Details

    • Residents will receive 2 weeks free when staying for 4 consecutive weeks.
    • Payment for the first 2 weeks is required in full before the stay begins.
    • The free weeks will apply to the third and fourth weeks of the stay.

    4. Booking and Payment

    • A booking must be confirmed to be eligible for the promotion.
    • All payments are non-refundable.
    • The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

    5. Limitations

    • The promotion is subject to room availability.
    • The promotion is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • LuxuryCare reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

    6. General Terms

    • By participating in this promotion, residents agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
    • Standard care home policies apply to all bookings under this promotion.
    • Any disputes arising from the promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
