The saying a tidy desk, tidy mind goes a lot further than it implies. We are sure you have experienced different feelings when your home is messy and dirty compared to it being freshly tidied and cleaned.

Each of our care homes has a housekeeping team that provides daily cleaning of bedrooms and communal areas.
Of course, your loved one’s bedroom is their personal space, so we take their preferences into account when cleaning the space.
We have incredibly high standards of cleanliness because this ensures germs don’t spread and everywhere is fresh and pleasant. You won’t find anyone running a finger over a mantlepiece and finding dust at the tip of the finger.

Laundry & Linen Service
One of the most asked questions we get before loved ones move in with us is about laundry and cleaning bedding.
Our housekeeping team also does laundry for our residents in-house.
This includes:
- Cleaning clothes and bedding
- Drying everything
- Ironing anything that needs it
- Putting it all back in their room
- Making the bed again
We have an efficient system that ensures clothes and bedding are washed regularly and returned promptly, using a label system to avoid mix-ups.
Our system ensures that your loved ones’ bed linen towels are washed and replaced frequently, but should you have specific requests on this, we are always happy to discuss and implement them in our schedule, where possible.
Room & Facilities Maintenance
Just like at home, things break or stop working – it is part of life. But, it is never a problem at our care homes because we have a dedicated maintenance team on hand to sort any issues out promptly.
The team are responsible for:
- Routine inspections to address wear and tear.
- Quick response repairs for any issues (e.g., lighting, plumbing, heating).
- Safety checks to maintain a secure living environment.
The maintenance team always aims to respond as quickly as possible so your loved one is comfortable and able to use all our facilities as and when they like.
If your loved one has any adjustments in their room for personal comfort, our maintenance team can also accommodate these.
