What Happens After You Submit the Form?

  1. Acknowledgement – we will either email or call you back within 24 hours of receiving your form.
  2. Review – the relevant personnel will review your concerns and investigate where needed.
  3. Follow-up – we will reach out to you to discuss any findings we have from our review.
  4. Resolution plan – either in the follow-up or in an additional meeting, we will create an action plan to resolve any issues and put actions in place to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
